Born and raised in Davao City, Philippines. Noel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, majoring in Music. With passion for the arts and performance, he became actively involved in local theatre, honing skills in both acting and stagecraft.

As a dedicated member of The Himig Singers, Noel has represented both in the national choral competitions and in the international stage, participating in several European tours, choral festivals, and prestigious competitions, bringing pride and recognition to the group and the country.

Currently, he continues to pursue his love for choral music as an active member of the Philippine Chamber Singers of Los Angeles, contributing to the group’s mission of showcasing Filipino musical excellence across the United States and beyond, sharing the rich cultural heritage of the Philippines with audiences around the world.
